Pretty sure I had the week from HELL...
It all started on Monday night when they BOTH ran 104 fevers, then when we got up on Tuesday morning and they both had little blisters all over their mouths. So we go to the Dr,who tells me it is hand, foot, and mouth disease. He tells me to take them home and give them Popsicles. So I do. Freakin idiot Dr, they wont even eat Popsicles....their poor little mouths hurt to bad to eat anything, so Sat morning, 5 dyas later, I take them to the ER to get some fluids pumped in there withering away little bodies. Then the ER Dr. tells me its NOT hand, foot and mouth, its Trench mouth! WHAT the heck is that, and its treatable with antibiotics! So we get them on the drugs and sure enough, it starts clearing up within 24 hrs. Then we soon find out, NO its not Trench mouth, its acute herpetic gingo somthing.
FREAKIN STUPID DOCTORS DON'T KNOW ANYTHING!!!!
This has been a horrible experience that I only wish on a few people (you know who you are).
I felt so helpless as they cried all day and night. And I am pretty sure I want my money back from the ER and the first STUPID Dr.!!!!
WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE!!!
These pics were takin 3 days into it, and the blisters only got worse!!!!
Blisters covered there gums, lips, tongue, cheeks and roof!!!

Oh you poor thing!!! That is just awful!!!!
I have had my fair share of dealings with doctors who I am pretty sure cheated their way through med school. Sounds like you found a few of the special gem docs yourself.
So sorry you had to go through that! Hope they start feeling better soon!!
OMG SIS. Those pictures are a horrifying memmory of the past week for you. I can't believe the retardedness of Dr.'s in the town. Boo. They make me angry. Thank goodness they are all better!
OH my goodness! Savanah! I can not believe that! I haven't had access to the interent forever! I'm so sorry!
Oh, those poor babies and by extension poor mom. It sounds like a beastly week. I really do hope they are better. Blessings...Mary

I was told to look at your blog via Chris Carter...my son has what I believe is hand, mouth and foot disease. His fever started sunday night followed by red spots on hand and sores in mouth. His sores don't look as bad as your kids but he is already refusing to eat/drink anything. I really hope they don't get worse. ahhhh I feel your pain (as the caregiver not the patient) oh, and Brent is out of town. lovely.
